DG535四通道(dào)數字延(yán)時脈衝(chōng)發生器

DG535數字延時脈(mài)衝發(fā)生(shēng)器(qì)提(tí)供四(sì)路獨立(lì)的延時(shí)通(tōng)道(dào)和(hé)2路(lù)完(wán)整的(dí)脈衝(chōng)輸(shū)出。其(qí)延時(shí)分辨(biàn)率高(gāo)達(dá)5ps，通道之間的抖動小於(yú)50ps。前麵板可以(yǐ)設置延時時(shí)間和脈衝(chōng)寬(kuān)度，並(bìng)且(qiě)以TTL，ECL，NIM或者(zhě)變量(liáng)電(diàn)壓形(xíng)式BNC輸出。輸出阻抗(kàng)既(jì)有50Ω低(dī)阻抗，又有1MΩ的高阻(zǔ)抗。其(qí)高精度，低(dī)抖動，寬的延(yán)時範圍(wéi)使DG535成為激(jī)光時(shí)序控(kòng)製，自(zì)動測試和高精度(dù)脈衝(chōng)應(yīng)用的(dí)選擇(zé)，是(shì)同類(lèi)產品(pǐn)中(zhōng)的(dí)時序(xù)控製器(qì)。
